The Children’s Advocacy & Protection Center of Catawba County exists to build a community dedicated to the prevention of and the coordinated response to child abuse and neglect.

Financial Contribution

Tangible Items
- Items on Wish Listhot wheels or matchbox cars, writing journals, adult coloring books, colored pencils, coloring books, puzzles (ages 1-17), clorox wipes, kleenex, copy paper, paper plates, cups, cutlery utensils, paper towels, subscriptions to children's magazines, infant car seat, new children's underwear (boys & girls), new t-shirts & sweat pants (size for ages 1-7), new children's socks (boys & girls ages 1-17), diapers, wipes, stickers, personal size toiletry items
Volunteer
- Steering committee for annual "Denium & Diamonds" fund raiser held in April
- Purchase and plant a Pinwheel Garden to represent prevention for children during the month of April
- Gardening & Landscaping
- Administrative dutiesmailings, scrapbooking, preparing literature packets, data entry
- Interior/exterior painting for improvements
- Spring Cleaning
- Make a meal for caregiver support/education group
