The mission of the Piedmont Council, BSA is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
The Scout Oath States: On my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.

Financial Contribution
- Becoming a Friend of Scouting with annual contribution
- Annual Popcorn and Camp Card from a Scout to support club activities
- Become an Eagle Banquet Sponsor
Non Perishable Items
- Restaurants to donate food and/or use of their venue for fundraising events
Volunteer
- A Merit Badge Counselor to teach knowledge and skills
- Annual Scouting Food Drive for individuals and families in need
- Leader for a Scouting program
- Resources/materials for an Eagle Scout Service Project
Other
- "Do A Good Turn Daily" (A good deed each day for someone)
- Encourage young people to join Scouting
